Precision Medicine in Lymphoma: From Molecular Subtyping to Targeted Therapeutics

This chapter examines the transformation of lymphoma management through molecular subtyping and biomarker-driven therapeutic strategies. It reviews advances in the genetic and transcriptomic classification of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, and peripheral T-cell lymphomas, and how these molecular insights are guiding the deployment of BTK inhibitors, PI3K inhibitors, EZH2 inhibitors, and antibody-drug conjugates. The chapter further discusses the integration of PET-adapted and MRD-guided treatment strategies in the context of modern clinical trials.
