This chapter synthesises the rapidly expanding evidence base for regenerative endodontic procedures, exploring the use of stem cells, growth factors, scaffolds, and platelet-rich concentrates in the biological regeneration of the pulp-dentine complex. It evaluates clinical outcomes of regenerative approaches in immature permanent teeth and discusses the prospects for their extension to mature teeth with irreversible pulpitis or necrosis. The chapter further addresses the translational challenges that must be overcome to move regenerative endodontics from experimental protocols into routine clinical practice.
