Sinonasal and Nasopharyngeal Malignancies: Diagnosis, Staging, and Multimodal Therapy

This chapter presents an evidence-based review of recent advances in the diagnosis and multimodal management of sinonasal malignancies — including olfactory neuroblastoma, sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma, and inverted papilloma with malignant transformation — alongside an updated appraisal of nasopharyngeal carcinoma pathobiology, EBV-directed therapeutics, and intensity-modulated radiation therapy. It synthesises emerging data on immunotherapy integration and the evolving role of endoscopic resection in oncological surgery of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
